Things that happened since April 21st:
- Barrett’s first Easter was in the hospital, luckily the Easter bunny knew where to find us.
- April 27th, the day after we were released from the hospital, horrific tornadoes tore threw Alabama, hitting some places close to my heart. We watched in absolute horror as a monster seemed to eat the streets of my second hometown, Tuscaloosa. Not know where the storm was headed next we started preparing our safe place. It’s track took it north of us and right through my grandmother’s town, Concord. I am happy to report she is ok, but several family members lost their homes. Then it moved on to my father’s hometown, Pleasant Grove, wiping long standing memories off the map. Since then there has been a huge outpouring for the entire state. It so nice to see the Church meeting the needs of the people. Far better than any government agency could.
- April 28th, I turned 30! It was a difficult day watching the aftermath of the previous day. We also had Barrett’s newborn pictures as well. He did great! I can’t wait to share them with you. Samantha @ His Hands Photographs truly does some great work!
Happy Belated Mother's Day!!
