Hate To Cook: P90X Week 1

So we just completed week 1 on P90X. We definitely feel different, and by different we mean good. It seems like everybody else we know is cutting back and making healthier choices. Meagan even blogged about how she has lost a ton of weight not too long ago. So I thought I would give you guys some of the dinners we eat. 

There are three phases, we are on Phase 1 which is pretty low on carbs and you eat a bunch of protein. We had what I like to call Chicken Mozzarella!

Chicken Breast

Whole Wheat Spaghetti noodles

Marinara Sauce

Mozzarella Cheese

(You can portion this out depending on what your diet of choice allows for)

I cooked the chicken in the marinara sauce and once the chicken was pretty much done I put the cheese on top and cooked it until it was melted. YUM!
