Postcards from the edge

I am still alive. After a long week of illness and travel, I am back to “normal”. I am doctoring some WICKED knots in my back. So “followers” (and yes, I am using quotations excessively), do you have any good remedies for muscle pain?

  1. It sounds like you need to treat yourself to a massage!! Seriously- it would do you a WORLD of good :)

  2. I agree. There are quite a few places that offer chair massages now so maybe you could get one of those to tide you over until after Christmas. I have even seen them at a mall kiosk before.
