My MIL is a cook! She even taught cooking. So last Christmas she took her cooking textbook and updated it and we all got a copy. There are several recipes that we use a lot (i.e. bread pudding).
We decided to have steak for Thanksgiving. My mom is making the sides and Keith is cooking the steak. Here is his favorite marinade:
1 cup Oil (not Olive)
¾ cup Soy Sauce
½ cup Lemon Juice
¼ cup Worcestershire
¼ cup Prepared Mustard (regular French’s mustard)
2 teaspoon Pepper
2 cloves Garlic, presses
Mix all ingredients. Pour over flank/sirloin steak. Marinate 24-36 hours. Broil of grill to desired degree of doneness. Cut steak diagonally across the grain into thin slices.

So once you are tired of eating dry turkey, pick up a couple of steaks and give Keith’s favorite marinade a try.
HAPPY THANKSGIVING!!!!
