Happy Valentines Day & Eddie's Birthday Month

February is special. It is a time to do sweet stuff for the ones you love. We celebrated V-day this evening at PF Changs! Over the years with Keith's usually crazy schedule, we have learned to be flexible with holidays and anniversaries. It also makes me think of the sweet people I had the privilage of working with back in Newnan. My first day of work at FBC Newnan was February 14th, 2007.

February is Eddie's birthday month. The reason he has an entire month for his birthday is because we have no idea what day he was born since we got him from the GBHS when he was approximately 6 months old.

That's his photo from the http://www.gbhs.org GBHS website. You can say he is a poster child for Mutts. My boy is 6 now! He has come a LONG way. He truly shaped up to be a great dog. I remember him being my only friend when we moved to a new place. I also distinctly remember the night we adopted him. He was not a "good " dog. We take him out to the car, and the key breaks off in the door. Where is the spare key? At our house in Northport. Keith's dad came to the pet store to pick us up and take us to my parent's house, where Coriell, who had to do some explaining to get our landlord to let her into our house, met us with the key. We finally got home with Randy, now known as Eddie. Happy Birthday Buddy!
